The Bridal Consultation | Bringing Your Vision to Life

Every Curl Haven bridal experience begins with a personalized consultation designed to bring your wedding day vision to life.

During this 3–4 hour session, we'll discuss the details of your special day, explore your styling preferences, and create a trial of your desired bridal look. We encourage you to bring your veil, headpiece, or other hair accessories so we can perfect every detail of your finished style.

Bridal Consultation | $250

This fee is non-refundable and does not obligate you to book additional bridal services.

Should you choose to move forward with Curl Haven as your bridal styling partner, a personalized invoice and service agreement outlining your selected services, pricing, and wedding day details will be prepared and emailed to you for review.

Bridal styling packages are customized based on your individual needs and bridal party size.

The Simplicity package gives you access to 1 hair stylist for up to 6 hours of styling. The stylist will arrive for set up no more than 30 minutes before styling the first person.

Upon completion of all agreed upon looks, the stylist will leave you and your crew with touch up kits before departing the venue. This option comes standard when you book Curl Haven for your Bridal styling.

The Lady In Waiting package gives you all of the above, plus a little something extra.

From those final minutes leading up to that walk down the aisle to all the happenings in between the ceremony and the reception, the rush of a wedding day is truly unforgettable. After 10+ years of being a Bridal Stylist/MUA I noticed that often times the busyness of the day would pull the bridal squad in different directions leaving the bride without assistance to zip this, carry that, balance on one foot to get her other heel on… and the list goes on.

So the Lady in Waiting package gives you a post-styling assistant to help lighten the load. 

With this option you have access to 1 hair stylist for up to 10 hours of styling assistance for you and your crew. I will arrive for set up no more than 30 minutes before styling begins. Upon completion of all agreed upon looks, I will be present for touchups and assistance for the Bride and/or Bridal group until after the post ceremony pictures, not to exceed a total of 10 hours. The Lady in Waiting option is a $250 upgrade.

We're delighted to bring the Curl Haven bridal experience to you, both domestically and internationally! Complimentary travel is included for weddings held within Nashville/Davidson County, TN, and Charlotte/Mecklenburg County, NC.

For weddings requiring up to two hours of travel one way, a travel fee of $0.67 per mile, calculated round-trip (one-way mileage × 2), will apply. All travel distances and fees are calculated from the Curl Haven salon location nearest to your wedding destination.

Travel Time & Lodging Requirements

The two-hour travel threshold is determined by the estimated one-way driving time from the nearest Curl Haven salon location to your wedding venue, based on standard driving conditions. This threshold applies to the outbound journey only, not the combined round-trip travel time.

For destinations exceeding two hours of driving time one way, safe, comfortable, and reasonably located hotel accommodations must be arranged and provided for your stylist, either the evening before or the evening of your ceremony, as determined by the wedding schedule.

Domestic & International Destination Weddings

For out-of-state and international weddings requiring air travel, the bride is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of round-trip flights and safe, comfortable lodging for the stylist. Ground transportation and any additional travel requirements will be coordinated in advance to ensure a seamless bridal experience.

All applicable travel fees, transportation arrangements, and accommodation requirements will be outlined in your personalized bridal service agreement.
